Lisa is a powerful motivational speaker who introduced our Shapiro STEM Academy teachers to the concept of Energetic Self Perceptions and noticing energy. She positioned us to consider the energy levels through the lens of holding successful parent-teacher conferences. Lisa is a genuine, informative leader who is willing to address challenges in order to promote all learners' success.

Lisa is an empathetic listener who asks thoughtful questions that help me move forward and find answers within myself. Through her coaching, I was able to plan out my initial steps in this new role in a new district! From there she coached me to narrow my focus around school and district literacy goals which prevented me from becoming overwhelmed. This helped me feel more confident and centered.

Understanding the different energy levels, and how they show up in my life, was a gift in itself, but Lisa’s ability to pinpoint exactly how I was feeling was uncanny, as it felt like she was reading my mind!
